Policy
We have a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship it back (registered mail or courier) to our return addresses for a refund or exchange.
Conditions
Please make sure your items are returned new, no make up, unused and with all designer garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
1. You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you, and if it’s not, you can certainly come to us within 14 days of receipt.
2. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

If you wish to return the items to the nearest return address, please submit our online returns form below & our customer service team will get back to you within 24 hours.
Please check the size, colour, quantity, recipient, shipping address and other information carefully before payment. Once the order is generated, it can not be changed easily. Should you wish to cancel your order please email us using the above returns form and we will reply within 24 hours.
We can NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
For personal computer monitors are different colours and the colour may be bias with real goods, all kind prevail.
1. Get in touch with us through the return form and indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.
2. Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.
3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
4. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions.
